Police Blotters – April 2010

  • 5:48 p.m. — A caller reported a man acting threatening, rolling around on the floor and wrapping himself in things. The situation was mediated.
  • 8:23 p.m. — A man reported his son was causing a disturbance and then ran away wearing a tan jacket, silver shorts, no shoes, with a painted-on unibrow and wearing a blond wig. A be-on-the-lookout advisory was issued.
  • 5:43 p.m. — A caller reported a man shouting and pulling his pants down. He was gone when officers arrived.
  • 4:04 p.m. — A caller from reported “Mormon Joe” and other people stole $30 from the caller.
  • 5:46 p.m. — A caller reported a man parked, pulled a trampoline out of a minivan and was jumping on it. He was gone when deputies arrived.
  • 8:07 p.m. — A man reported receiving a possibly threatening telephone message that was in Spanish and included the word “muerta,” which means “dead.”
  • 2:02 a.m. — A woman reported a person possibly tried to enter her residence. She heard loud bangs and jingling and saw someone running away. Toilet paper was located in the area, but nothing else was suspicious.
  • 6:54 a.m. — A woman reported two human beings were being beaten up by black and white midgets under a bathroom closet.
  • 6:09 p.m. — A woman reported receiving several anonymous calls by a heavy breather.
  • 10:39 p.m. — A caller called 911, sounding very angry, and said, “Don’t ever play this game on my TV again,” and then hung up. On callback, the caller told dispatch to “Kiss my a–,” and then told the dispatcher the caller did not need God and to go away. An officer found the person was drunk, and the officer advised the caller on the correct use of 911.
  • 4:17 p.m. — A caller reported a woman at the “worm farm,” screaming and upset. She was gone when officers arrived.
  • 1 p.m. – A man called to report a van parked in a store’s parking lot smelled like meth.
  • 6 p.m. — A woman reported her cat attacked and bit her on her diabetic finger. She wanted help with her cat and did not need medical attention.
  • 11:32 p.m. — A woman reported she has a bladder infection, her mother was bothering her and she felt suicidal. The situation was mediated.
  • 12:28 p.m. — A woman called to ask how she could turn her cat in for biting her. She was referred to animal control.
  • 2:05 p.m. — A man reported someone was bringing him pornography and leaving it at his house. He also said he thought someone was listening in on his phone.
  • 9:28 a.m. — A man reported his brother punched him in the face because he didn’t want to do the dishes.
  • 11:56 p.m. — A caller reported a man running down the street, yelling “military things.”
